Joel Meltzer, founder and Principal of 20|20 Builders has more than 30 years experience in the construction industry. He has been a licensed general contractor in California since 1986 and has spent more than half his career presiding over the operations of a few select California and nationwide general contractors. Noting an increased demand for his services in 2006, Joel re-launched the independent construction operations of 20|20 Builders. Additionally, Joel continues to be engaged in the commercial and institutional sector as a consultant, working under the moniker of JNM Consulting. 20|20 Builders ensures accountability in meeting your goals.
