Scope Of Work
Demolish existing retail space and portion of existing kitchen (walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, etc. including associated electrical, low voltage, HVAC, fire protection and AV. Demolish/relocate existing host stations.
Construction of a new wall enclosing existing open kitchen, modify HVAC, construction new ceiling including electrical, low voltage, HVAC, fire protection and AV.
Install new AV ticker signage, wall mounted monitors, vide4o wall/odds board. Install new cashier counter and provide associated electrical, low voltage and AV connections. Install betting kiosks, built-in banquette seating and built-in stadium seating.
