Scope Of Work
Campanelli purchased Strawberry Hill Corporate Center in 2013, and quickly began renovations 84,000 square foot office building, located in Acton, Massachusetts. With abundant local amenities and easy access to Interstate 495, Boston, and the MBTA commuter rail, Campanelli found Strawberry Hill to be an ideal investment that would cater to businesses north west of the city. Renovations to the building included a renewed outdoor patio, implementation of a fitness center, renovated lobby with collaborative common area, and the addition of LeanBox vending machines. Strawberry Hill also includes WorkPlace, an innovative concept which rents singular, furnished offices to short-term tenants.
