Jonathan is the company Principal and is responsible for the success of all projects. His duties include business management, estimating, contract negotiation, project management and field superintendent. He specializes in the public works sector of the San Francisco Bay Area construction industry since 2007 and successfully managed the entire construction process from beginning to completion of projects ranging from $1M to $11M. In his previous employment working for AECOM and Kitchell CEM some of his Clients have been; SFUSD, The City of Foster City, CUSD, and SMUHSD to name a few.
Jonathan graduated from Cal Poly (SLO) with a major in Civil Engineering and a minor in construction management. He is licensed with the California Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors as a Professional Engineer (Civil). He is a Certified ConstructionManager (CCM) by the ConstructionManagement Association of American (CMAA) and 10 hour certified by OSHA. He is an accredited LEED AP by the Green Building Certification Institute.
