Scope Of Work
Color Art Construction served as construction manager for Schneider Electric’s phased building renovations in O’Fallon, Missouri. The project accommodates the relocation of employees and laboratory operations across buildings and multiple floors. Two floors of renovated space include new offices and conference rooms in addition to upgraded assembly areas, laboratories and manufacturing space. Approximately 14,000SF of laboratory and light assembly space was transformed to an open office environment featuring natural light and views to the outside.
