Compass Realty Group, a leading real estate technology company, recently grew its national presence by expanding to St. Louis. Color Art Construction worked collaboratively with Watchdog Project Management, the owner’s representative, to deliver this fast tracked, negotiated project. The two-story, 13,000 SF office suite features a sophisticated and sleek interior design. Warm wooden accents and ceiling baffles soften the contrasting black and white color scheme. Large windows frame the space and allow for access to natural lighting.
