Bradley Tassin's Bio
Bradley Tassin serves as the Executive Vice President for MAPP. He is
well-versed in the commercial construction industry having served in
many roles during his 17 years at MAPP including preconstruction,
project management, quality control, safety, accounting, and business
unit leadership. He has experience with a variety of projects
including office, industrial, healthcare, retail, interiors, banking,
restaurant, entertainment, laboratories, and petrochemical facilities.
A native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Bradley received both his
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master of Business
Administration degrees from LSU’s E.J. Ourso College of Business. He
is also a United States Green Building Council LEED Accredited
Professional. Bradley currently serves on MAPP's leadership committee
and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers
(ICSC), the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Dallas-Ft. Worth Chapter, TEXO,
and the Board of Advisors for the Dallas Regional Chamber.
Bradley and his wife Gaby have two children and reside in
Frisco, Texas. In his spare time, Bradley enjoys traveling with his
family, reading, playing golf and tennis, and getting in a few minutes
of exercise. He is a dog lover, a fierce competitor, a family man, a
workaholic, and a history buff.
Brant Granger's Bio
Brant joined MAPP in 2006 and has held various roles within the accounting department during that time, most recently serving as Controller. He is responsible for overseeing all accounting functionalities and financial reporting to ensure the health of the organization. Brant is a graduate from Louisiana State University, earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is an active member of the Construction Financial Management Association. He resides in Baton Rouge with his wife Casey.
Candace Berry's Bio
Candace Berry, Vice President, Dallas Interiors Leader, started in
construction 10 years ago in marketing and business development. With
her strong experience in marketing, she has done several corporate
rebrands and has and thrives in creation of strategic best practices
for the business. She is responsible for a variety of business
development functions and the overall direction of the Interiors
business unit.
She grew up in Rockwall, Texas and went to school for nursing
at Collin College. She has two son’s that are 19 and 21 and was
recently married. Candace has a giving heart and has served on many
boards in and out of the AEC industry. A few of her favorites are
4word, Shoot for a heart, 22Kill/one tribe, and Make a wish foundation.
Corbett Nichter's Bio
As Executive Vice President, Corbett believes his greatest professional mission is to serve the dedicated employees of MAPP in executing the strategic plan while creating an unequaled company culture.
With over 27 years of construction experience, he strives to be a
servant leader in support of every level of the organization and all
facets of the business, including estimating, scheduling, project and
field management, risk management, marketing, and business development.
Corbett has extensive experience in negotiating and executing
significant, complex construction projects totaling more than
$7billion for a variety of clients, including numerous Fortune 100
firms. However, his favorite projects are those that serve the
community, such as the Dallas Children’s Advocacy Center (DCAC),
Grapevine GRACE’s food pantry and clothing center, and the new
headquarters for Southwest Transplant Alliance.
Corbett’s passion is serving at-risk children and veterans of
the United States Armed Forces. He served multiple terms on the Board
of Trustees for the DCAC and currently serves on the organization’s
Advisory Council. He was recently named to the national Board of
Directors for the One Heart Project, which provides at-risk and
incarcerated youth a second chance. His grandfather, a WWII veteran,
remains an inspiration and drives his passion for organizations such
as 22Kill, The Seal Legacy Foundation, and programs like Veteran’s
Transition Initiatives that focuses on employment opportunities for veterans.
In 2002, the Engineering News-Record recognized Corbett with
the prestigious Newsmaker of the Year Award, and in 2007 he graduated
from Leadership Dallas, a program of the Dallas Chamber of Commerce
and is a member of the Dallas Assembly.
Corbett holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from
Texas A&M University in College Station and an MBA from Houston
Baptist University. He also completed post-graduate studies at
Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Corbett lives in Grapevine, TX with his wife, Heather, two
children, Brian and Grace and are members of Park Cities Presbyterian Church.
Mark LaHaye's Bio
Mark is accomplished executive with more than 30 years of commercial construction experience, specializing in pre-construction services. His broad experience includes multiple projects in the office, financial, industrial, theater, retail, warehouse, institutional, restaurant, hospitality, medical and design-build sectors. Mark attended Louisiana State University, earning both a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction (1983) and a Bachelor of Architecture degree (1985). He is a registered architect (1993), American Institute of Architects member (1991) and earned the LEED Accredited Professional designation from the U.S. Green Building Council in 2008. He has also been a member of the St. Joseph’s Academy (Baton Rouge) Facility & Planning Committee since 2006.
Michael Polito's Bio
Mike Polito is a Baton Rouge native and 1984 graduate of LSU with a
B.S. degree in Construction. After college, he gained valuable
experience with some of the country’s largest construction firms,
including Beers Construction and McDevitt & Street. In 1991, Mike
stepped out on his own to launch MAPP Construction, growing the
company under his leadership from “a vision” to the third-largest
commercial general contractor in Louisiana. In 1999, the Baton Rouge
Business Report recognized Mike in its “40 Under 40” issue, and in
2001, the magazine named him Young Business Person of the Year. In
2004, he was honored with induction into the LSU School of
Construction Hall of Fame.
Actively involved in numerous community and professional
organizations, Mike has served on the Associated Builders &
Contractors board and executive committees, and held the office of
Vice President. He is a past chairman and executive committee member
of the Baton Rouge Chamber. Mike is a national Associated General
Contractors contracts committee member and former statewide board
member, one of the originators of A6, and a founder and board member
of Blueprint Louisiana. He is a past chairman of several Capital Area
United Way efforts, including the Alexis De Tocqueville Society
Campaign, the nine-parish-wide Annual Campaign and the Strategic
Planning Committee. He is a founding member and board member of the
LSU Construction Industry Advisory Council, serving as Secretary in
2002 and 2003, a board member of the Louisiana Flagship Coalition, and
a former Louisiana Stadium and Exposition District board member.
Active in the Young Presidents Organization since 1996, Mike also
serves on the Woman's Hospital Board of Directors. Mike is on the
board for the Baton Rouge Police Department Founding along with the
board for Baton Rouge Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice Foundation.
Tim Tench's Bio
Tim Tench, MAPP’s Vice President & Business Unit Leader for Life
Science started in construction over 20 years ago as a carpenter’s
helper. Working his way up the ranks Tim has held a variety of
positions: project engineer, superintendent, project manager, chief
estimator, project director, and director of business operations. His
experience includes all aspects of construction operations and
lifecycle project management. Working in the Design/Build arena for
the past decade, Tim has executed projects in a variety of markets:
residential, retail, restaurant, general commercial, entertainment,
industrial, chemical, petroleum, manufacturing, semiconductor, data
center, cleanroom, laboratory, medical device, pharmaceutical,
biotechnology, nutraceutical, consumer products, food processing,
warehouse, logistics, education, and municipal. The knowledge gained
during this breath of experiences allows him to provide clients with
unique solutions that fit their needs while maintaining budget
sensitivity. Driven by the passion to make the world a better place,
Tim has most recently excelled in the life science sector, where the
opportunity to create facilities to heal the sick or cure the
previously incurable invigorates him with purpose.
Tim calls Dallas, Texas home, where he lives with his wife,
Samantha, and their two children, Claire and T3. Together they enjoy
traveling, sporting events, entertaining family and friends, and
exploring the outdoors with Ruby, the family dog.
Tim went to undergraduate and graduate school at Millsaps
College in Jackson, Mississippi, where he received a Bachelor of
Business Administration with focus on Marketing and a Master of
Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Finance.

Daryl Williams's Bio
Daryl is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of commercial construction experience, specializing in preconstruction services. His broad experience includes multiple projects in the office, financial, industrial, retail, warehouse, institutional, restaurant, hospitality, medical and design-build sectors. Daryl attended Louisiana State University, earning his Bachelor of Engineering degree in Construction (1997). Daryl currently serves as MAPP's Vice President of Preconstruction, coordinating and overseeing all estimating and preconstruction efforts. After working for MAPP many years ago as a Preconstruction Manager, Daryl decided to further his career by taking a position as VP, Senior Estimator at Lincoln Builders. MAPP is excited to have Daryl's talents back at MAPP and in a leadership capacity.

Chris Watermeier's Bio
Chris has been a construction manager for over 26 years with experience in a variety of different types of construction in the Governmental and Private Sector. His experience is inclusive of both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build and ranges from managing the foundation, super-structure, and exterior skin on the 26 story Harrah’s Poydras St. Hotel to a $62 million, 7 project contract with the United States Navy.In the municipal arena, Mr. Watermeier was project manager for the $20 million post-Katrina repairs to the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center, Phases I, II and III while concurrently managing the storm damage repairs to Harrah’s Casino. The Convention Center repairs were funded by Federal Public Assistance funds. Some of the other projects of note that Mr. Watermeier has managed are:
Jazzland Theme Park in New Orleans East- $75 million
Junior Achievement Exchange City on Delgado Campus- $5 million
New Galley at NAS-JRB, Belle Chase $5 million
Hazardous Material Storage/Engine Repair Facility $7 million

Chris also did a stint as a construction manager overseeing construction projects for private non-profit organizations receiving disaster relief from federal grants. Some of the notable projects worked on in this capacity are:

A native of New Orleans, Chris attended Jesuit High School and then received his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Louisiana State University. Chris currently resides in River Ridge with his wife, Chenae and two children, Alex 20 and Sara 17.
Clark Miller's Bio
Clark has been in commercial construction operations for almost 20
years. His experience ranges from municipal and K-12 education in
Texas to national program restaurant, retail and entertainment and
includes multiple project delivery methods including Design Build,
Cost Plus, Stipulated Sum, GMAX, Construction Manager at Risk and
Construction Manager Agent. Clark also serves as a local DFW school
board trustee which allows him to participate in the education of
other school board members and administrators throughout Texas on the
CMAR, Competitive Sealed Bid and overall construction process for
public education. His true passion is developing people and creating
teams for long term relationships and success.
Clark resides in Anna, Texas with his wife, Missy, and their
five children, C.J., Mark, Peyton, Mackenzie and Ashton.
Clark played football and received his Bachelor of Science
degree from Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas and his
Master of Education Degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas where
also served as graduate assistant coach.
Clark also practices Brazilian Jiu Jitsu where he holds the
rank of black belt, is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach,
and enjoys serving as a board member for non-profit organizations in
his community.
Business Development, Marketing & Sales
Lexie Polito's Bio
Lexie Polito, a seasoned communications professional, serves as MAPP’s Vice President of Marketing. Polito is responsible for a variety of marketing functions including networking with various businesses to learn about upcoming projects, building long-lasting relationships with clients and creating brand awareness. Throughout the past 13 years, Polito has assisted MAPP in realizing its market potential with national and local companies, as well as developers in the Southeast. She presently serves on MAPP’s Leadership Team.
A native of Ruston, La, Polito attended Louisiana State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication in 2004. In 2008, Polito served as Committee Chair of the Good Growth Awards Banquet and served on the committee again in 2009. Polito served on the Woman’s Hospital Circle of Friends Committee benefitting the Community Care Fund at Woman’s Hospital in 2007, 2008 and 2010. She has participated in Fur Ball benefitting Companion Animal Alliance and Best Dressed Baton Rouge benefitting American Cancer Society.
Polito is an active member of the Southeast Louisiana Chapter of the Society of Marketing Professional Services, a dynamic network of marketing and business development professionals from architectural, engineering, planning, interior design, construction and specialty consulting firms. She is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, as association dedicated to advancing the shopping center industry.

Beau Wolfe's Bio
Beau Wolfe serves a number of roles at MAPP including Project and Client Development in support of MAPP’s offices in both Texas and Louisiana. Beau has over 17 years of commercial and industrial construction experience working on a variety of projects including the Petrochemical, Healthcare, Corporate Office, Restaurant, Hospitality and Higher Education Facilities. Beau assists MAPP’s Corporate Safety Manager with review of industry best practices and implementation of MAPP’s Corporate Safety Policies on all project sites. MAPP is proud to have a dedicated individual such as Beau serving on its leadership committee.
A native of Baton Rouge, Beau received his Bachelor of Science in Marketing (’99) from Louisiana Tech University and later received his Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS) from Louisiana State University’s School of Continuing Education (’12). Beau is involved in the Baton Rouge and New Orleans communities as a member of the Forekids Foundation and the annual Battle Against Autism event held in Baton Rouge.
Beau and his wife Emily have two children and reside in Baton Rouge.

McKinley Bailey's Bio
McKinley Bailey serves as MAPP’s Corporate Safety Director. McKinley
has a proven executive management track record with over 17 years of
experience working in construction, manufacturing, and chemical
settings. He is certified by the National Center for Construction
Education and Business (NCCER/CSST) as well as a NCCER/CSST
instructor, CPR First Aid/AED Instructor, MSHA Certified (Part 48),
and certified OSHA 30, 510 and 500. Internally, McKinley counsels our
Senior Leadership Team on key safety policies and compliance issues,
and serves as a strategic partner to our Project Manager's and
Superintendent's ensuring all safety functions are aligned with
operational needs.
McKinley has lived in Louisiana all of his life where he enjoys
spending time with his wife and kids. His hobbies include mud riding
and hunting. He is also an active member of Healing Place Church and
an active volunteer and mentor member of a nonprofit organization,
“Empower 225”, where he serves as a mentor for underprivileged children.
McKinley and his wife Jessica have three children and reside in
Gonzales, Louisiana.
Rhonda Badeaux's Bio
Rhonda joined MAPP in 2006 and has held various roles at MAPP, starting as a receptionist, working her way up to Director of Human Resources and now serves as a Vice President for MAPP. She is responsible for overseeing all things related to MAPP employees such as payroll, onboarding, benefits, training, recruiting, and human resources.
Rhonda received her Professional Human Resource (PHR) certification in 2013. She is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). She resides in Clinton, Louisiana with her husband, Leon, son, Hunter and dog, Rocket.
