J & J Systems is a family owned and operated company.

Vice president, James Yates got his start in the industry working under his father who owned multiple successful construction companies. Over the years James has worked in everything from interior construction to exterior construction. He developed a passion for coatings because of the positive effect that it has on the environment; and from there James shared his passion with his daughter Jennifer Yates.

President, Jennifer Yates has worked closely with her father from the early age of three. She loved going on job site visits and learning the tricks of the trade with her father. As Jennifer got older her interest grew. With the knowledge and passion that James and Jennifer shared they set out to open up their own women-owned company J & J Systems.
