Scope Of Work
New restaurant and brewery located in the historic DELCO building. Innovative Electrical Solutions was responsible for installation of the electrical, fire alarm and data cabling. The project had a lot of custom work done including unique custom built light fixtures. The all concrete construction full of large rebar made the project extra challenging. The brewery equipment included controls, conveyor, chiller, boiler, pumps, and conveyors. Although the project scope changed substantially from start to completion IES was able to complete the project with no change orders.
