My service technician Tom was very courteous, knowledgeable and patient during his service call. He explained every aspect of what he was doing and even corrected a few mistakes at the furnace. I highly recommend CZ.
Our central a/c system stopped working on Saturday. Called Comfort Zone at 8:50 a.m. and their HVAC repairman Tom arrived by noon. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. Well worth every penny and we will highly recommend them to everyone we know!

Our experience with Comfort Zone was top notch. We called through HomeAdvisor for residential repair service and received a callback within minutes. Service was scheduled to meet our needs (first thing the next morning). The technician (Kurt) arrived on time, successfully troubleshot and repaired the unit quickly and the charges were reasonable. Kurt was polite , very knowledgeable and adequately explained the needs of our aging R22 system. This is now our HVAC company. We are very happy with their work.
Really nice guy, he called me within minutes and he came out within 2 hours of my call, on a holiday weekend and in the snow. He had my heat working again, new motherboard and all within a couple hours. I will definitely usually my the company again and recommend them to anyone who asks. If your looking for someone efficient and honest definitely call them.
It was a pleasure dealing with this company, I had no heat called and within 40 minutes I had a technician named Kurt at my home he was courteous, and well knowledgeable, he show me exactly what the problem was, corrected it and in n time I had my heat working. I was so satisfied I took the 1 year service contact covering my heating and AC. I have already recommended them to 2 of my friends. Thank you for your great service.
