McInnis Builders was chosen by Simon as a preferred tenant contractor for this project. Pier Park is an open-air regional life-style center bringing unique shopping, tourist attractions and dining to Panama City Beach and the entire Emerald Coast. This approximately 1.1 Million Sq. Ft. project is being developed by Simon Property Group – the largest publicly traded retail real estate company in North America.
