Scope Of Work
The Arbor Terrace Glenview project, built for Capitol Seniors Housing, included the new construction of a two-story, 71,000-square-foot senior healthcare community located in Glenview, IL. The facility houses 83 assisted living and independent living apartments. The facility features landscaping, hydraulic elevators, and modernized heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The building was constructed on a concrete footing and wall foundation with a structural steel frame, an exterior of brick siding over metal stud backing, and a TPO, standing-seam, and mansard roof with shingles. The Arbor Terrace Glenview project now provides necessary housing and healthcare services to seniors living in Cook County.
