Owner, Tim Mann, has more than 30 years of building experience working with a variety of construction materials and intricate designs including dramatic modern steel structures , historical southwest hacienda renovation, light commercial, and innovative environmentally-friendly hay bale building.

Established in 1988 (incorporated in 1998), TM Construction has built relationships with industry leading architects, high quality product suppliers, and local craftsman. Tim’s passion and strength continues to be translating the architect's ideas and the homeowner’s dreams into a functional reality achieved through hard work, enthusiasm, and teamwork.
