Scope Of Work

New healthcare facility provides space for multiple medical offices in Chambersburg, PA

Mowery  the construction of a new two-story medical office building with related sitework including the design of the building’s structural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems. This new building, standing at 68,209 SF, is the home of an urgent care center, pediatric center, dental and other medical offices that service the surrounding community. Notable architectural and design details  the building include an on-site playground, kid-friendly interior wall murals, unique flooring materials and patterns, as well as large glass windows to welcome natural light.
