Scope Of Work
The interior fit out of 66,000 square feet – 3 floors of existing school during 8 week school summer break. It included demolition of existing, replacement of the windows, elevator, major HVAC system upgrade, electrical, low voltage, doors and frames, all interior new finishes, concrete and masonry work and site work. Broughton was one of the first contractors to finish the work on time.
