Scope Of Work

1st Summit Bank, with its 16 branches located in Western Pennsylvania, partnered with NewGround several years ago to design their new Ebensburg branch. NewGround provided an updated and branded retail design, digital signage, employee training, furniture, and millwork. The work was a success and 1st Summit moved their sights to their main office in Johnstown, PA. NewGround’s Strategy Team worked diligently to re-work 8,200 square feet to better accommodate their growing retail customer service staff, and the Design Team updated their retail delivery platform and also refreshed the executive, trust and lending areas. Studio One25, NewGround’s specialized, fast-moving retail design team provided environmental solutions to create a uniquely branded interior. Additionally, the mechanical systems were updated, and all the interior and exterior lighting was changed over to LED creating significant savings in utility expenses.
