Scope Of Work
Gilbane provided construction management at-risk services for the new Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia project. The new 1.1 million SF facility features 150,000 SF of casino floor space, including more than 2,100 slots and electronic gaming and 150+ live-action table games. The building adjoins a 208-room upscale hotel equipped with a fitness center, restaurants and a 1,300-car garage. The facility also includes over 15,000 SF of event and entertainment space.
Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia transformed the area into a fully integrated sport, entertainment and resort destination. The Stadium District is the only place in the country where visitors can experience big-league sports action from NFL, NHL, NBA and MLB teams, best-in-class dining and entertainment, and world-class gaming and hotel accommodations in one location, dramatically enhancing the visitor experience.
