Scope Of Work
Construction of a new, 267,000 SF market-rate apartment building with 168 units. The 21-story, luxury apartment building features one, two, and three bedrooms with modern amenities and finishes. This urban community boasts a list of amenities, both indoors and out. A co-working lounge is available for those residents who work remotely. The design team created a green space on the sky deck, which includes entertainment.
The facility has a three-story parking garage at the base of the building. Also included is retail space, making shopping convenient. This downtown building is located near many points of interest – including being adjacent to the NJ Performing Arts Center.
The project achieved the LEED Silver-level certification equivalency through the NJ EDA Green Building standards through the U.S. Green Building Council LEED 2009 New Construction standard.
