Ryan Perry, CEO On a personal note, ICG Homes CEO Ryan Perry was born
and raised in Zebulon, North Carolina. He was educated in Eastern Wake
County Public Schools, working in tobacco fields alongside his father
throughout his early years. Ryan went on to obtain undergraduate and
graduate degrees with honors from East Carolina University. He entered
the home building industry in 1997, obtaining numerous industry awards
and accolades along the way, such as MAME, STAR, and Parade of Homes
Awards, as well as the coveted Home Builder of the Year Award by the
Home Builders Association (HBA) of Raleigh-Wake County, and an elite
40 Under 40 Leadership Award by Triangle Business Journal.
Ryan has served on the Zebulon Chamber of Commerce Board of
Directors, the HBA of Raleigh-Wake County Board of Directors, the HBA
of Raleigh-Wake County Parade of Homes Committee, and he has chaired
various other HBA councils and committees. He has also served as a
member of the Business Advisory Council for the College of Business of
his alma mater, East Carolina University. Last but not least, Ryan has
originated and organized various charitable events, raising in excess
of $150,000.
