Scope Of Work
(formerly and more accurately known as the Ahwanee Hotel)
Our work on the Ahwanee has spanned over an seven year period. Our first project was to perform a structural retrofit upgrading the massive kitchen floor.
Our most recent work at the Ahwanee concluded in 2016 was to provide all of the exterior exposed structural / architectural concrete for new kitchen wing and replace all windows, doors and woodwork in the bar.
The concrete for this portion of work involved flawlessly placing walls that closely match the existing board formed hotel exterior walls and are standing over 17’ tall with integral new stairways to allow egress from the mezzanine level.
We were tasked with the exposed concrete and woodwork because of our long standing record of our standard of excellent craftsmanship.
