Scope Of Work

SK-II spent 10 years refining their revolutionary skin care and beauty products and they wanted a stunning retail space to showcase their discoveries.  Our team provided them with a first class experience from start to finish.

Starting with barrier construction, we ensured that the impact on the main store was minimal.  Our Festools allowed us to do all custom fixture modification on site with very little noise and minimal dust.  All tools and materials were moved in and out of the space daily to allow the main store to continue to function during the renovation process.

This pad required extensive trenching to allow for the electrial and plumbing changes needed to support the package, as well as new flooring.  New lighting in the space required a major retrofit to the ceiling and unique lighting solutions.  All walls were redone stud out to a high level 5 finish.

The fixture package itself was complex and one of a kind.  Our team coordinated with the fixture designer and on site rep to make the necessary adjustments.  From the private treatment room with sink and treatment bed to the stand alone cash wrap, all components were installed with the greatest care.  Graphics and electronics were installed with only slight modifications.

Our team helped to bring the designers' vision to life on time and on budget with little to no impact to the store - all with real time reporting to our clients.
