Scope Of Work
The Newport Beach Country Club features a luxury clubhouse, new restaurant and bar, pool, spa, men’s and women’s saunas, fitness center, banquet area, administrative offices, and all associated site work. The scope of work also included demolishing the existing facilities and setting up temporary facilities, so that the Country Club and golf course could remain open during construction. The team worked closely with the Owner and Country Club staff to mitigate disruptions to ongoing operations and special events.
