Scope Of Work
This 8000 sf office renovation required us to grind and remove mastic from the entire floor surface. This floor required us patching up hundreds of dings and chips. We used Ardex cement to do the repairs, then we ground and finished the floor. The finished product was a 1500 grit polished concrete floor, the midnight black dye was used to to hide imperfections. The architect took our suggestion on a dark floor coloring based on the subfloor we were working with. As you can see the finsh product came out amazing.
