Scope Of Work
This complex project included of the long-dormant power plant; a new, 30-story residential high-rise with parking garage; a new low-rise building with a parking garage for the office, retail, and restaurant spaces; and a pedestrian plaza. Luxury one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom condos feature floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive balconies, and high-end modern finishes
