Scope Of Work
This is an upscale shopping center located on a 13.7-acre site, which is designed around a “Main Street” layout with shops on both sides of a landscaped boulevard accented with park benches, sidewalks, a fountain, and a clock tower. Phase II consists of four single-story retail buildings and include ALLTEL, Cingular Wireless, Eye-Mart Express, Hallmark, Panera Bread, Pier 1, Sport Clips, and Starbucks.
