Already energy efficient Sweetwater Homes, a Progress Energy Certified - Energy Efficient Builder, has now added Low-E Glass, Radiant Barrier, 14-Seer Air Conditioners and Double Pane Sliding Glass Doors to its already long list of standard features.

Since our company was founded in 1989, the Sweetwater Homes team has grown to become one of the largest builder organizations in Citrus County. Over the years, while we were setting new sales records, we built something even more valuable - a solid reputation for creating some of the most innovative custom homes on the Nature Coast of Florida.

Sweetwater Homes will build anywhere in the Citrus County area but we do have three locations where we have built a number of homes.
