Regency Construction Services, Inc. served as Design-Builder at Padua Franciscan High School for the renovation of the school’s female locker room.
Regency provided Design-Build services to Padua Franciscan High School for the renovation of the school’s female locker room. The project centered around work to the existing locker, restroom, and shower spaces, and included specific items such as the conversion of an existing coach’s office into a new ADA-compliant restroom stall as well as the installation of new lockers and restroom partitions.
Our carpentry team self-performed a portion of the work, including drywall, studs, a new ceiling, toilet room accessories, installation of doors, frames, hardware, and wall protection components.
