Scope Of Work

This project consisted of updating the existing pool area and adding an outdoor living space area. We remodeled the existing pool and then designed and constructed a large open gable style pavilion with a large outdoor kitchen area and gas fire pit.

Key features/ services include: Non-Slip surfacing, large scale structure design & build, engineering and permit services, electrical, outdoor lighting solutions, custom masonry, outdoor grill & refrigerator install, gas line installation, quality paver and coping install, outdoor kitchen adn fire pit build, commercial use safety features such as timed/controlled gas flow to common area features.
