Scope Of Work

The Ventura Beach Marriott project was an interior and exterior renovation to existing Marriott Hotel located in Ventura, California. Work included Porte-cochere renovation including roof line modification, installation of skylights, relocating of existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical equipment. Landscape modifications were also made to enhance the visibility and accessibility to front entrance. All work was completed during continued operation of hotel with the use of aids including signage, barricades, safety and noise control as necessary. Staples Construction completed this project on schedule and on budget.
