Scope Of Work
150,000 SF three story medical and assisted living plaza tenant improvement project located in downtown Los Angeles. Famously known as the old Shriners Hospital building, our client’s focus is to provide a high scale, full service, patient care and living center with an urban contemporary design that appeals to healthcare providers, patients and the community.
