Raised by his contractor father, Douglas McGuire has been around the residential construction business all of his life. A nail apron was tied around his waist at the age of three and the hammer handle was actually longer than his legs. Much of the company’s continued success stems from his highly skilled employees, loyal sub-contractors and vendors.
