“McCanless manor” majestically presides over the neighborhood up on a knoll along Cumberland Ave. By far our most challenging Montford restoration, this home required attention to endless finishing details, while installing a new spray foam insulated addition. Mechanical systems were relocated and improved while keeping the web of duct systems at ideal delivery capacities.
