Resurrected from the depths of termite despair by the leathered hands of David Nicholson, this West Asheville house thankfully still has its best years to come. Normally a house might be “taken to the studs” for a green retrofit, but in this case, David even replaced most the studs along with a complete green retrofitting and interior redesign.
