Scope Of Work

WNC Green Built Platinum, Net Zero Certified, ultra modern home.  Site responsive design started in house with Nicholson and Sun, and then we collaborated with the buyers to custom finish it out to their preferences.  The home features a 5.3kW roof-imbedded Solar Array, passive solar heat and mechanized clerestory windows for stack cooling, low embedded energy design and sequestering of carbon, advanced envelope with virtually no thermal bridging, heat pump water heater (E-factor of 4.3) and ventless heat pump dryer, all trees removed from site were milled to be used in this and future homes, earth friendly materials, Anderson Energy Star windows , ultra modern high end finishes, open floor plan with exposed beams and white washed 10ft ceilings.
