Andy Jones's Bio
During his 35 year career, Andy has overseen a construction/redevelopment portfolio exceeding $600 million dollars throughout 25 states. A graduate of Northeast Louisiana University in 1989, Andy has spent the majority of his career managing the construction, development and re-development of dozens of retail and mixed-use developments, and developed relationships with over 100 national retail/restaurant tenants. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Andy presides over company operations, oversees revenue generation, identifies and leads new business opportunities, and heads the Pellicano Atlanta office.
Pat Etheridge's Bio
He graduated from Auburn University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Pat’s Construction experience began in 1985 when he started as a laborer working on a paper mill rebuild project. During Pat’s time at Auburn, he worked as a form carpenter, as a cooperative education student in project management and estimating, and as a detailer/estimator for a precast concrete fabricator. After graduation he worked as a Project Manager and Superintendent on Federal Job Order Contract Projects, and School Projects. Since 1995, Pat has concentrated on Healthcare Construction Projects including Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Ambulatory Surgery Centers, Medical Equipment Installations/Replacements, and Doctor’s Offices. In 2009 Pat joined the Pellicano Construction Team as Director of Healthcare Construction. His responsibilities include leadership for Pellicano’s healthcare construction group, Project Management, Estimating, Design and Planning. Pat is also tasked with maintaining existing Client Relationships and developing new repeat customers in the Healthcare Construction Market. His skills include computer aided drafting, working with both 2D and 3D (BIM) designs. Pat has received recognition as a Certified Healthcare Constructor (CHC), he is an active member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE), Georgia Society for Healthcare Engineers (GASHE), Georgia Society for Hospital Engineers (GSHE), and the American Hospital Association (AHA). Pat and his wife Jahnette have two children Chase and Zachary. They reside on a small farm in Baker County. When away from work, Pat enjoys hunting, archery, tinkering on the farm, and running.
Stephen Dew's Bio
Joined the Pellicano Construction team in 2001 and has 21 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in 1998 with Brasfield & Gorrie as an Assistant Project Manager and Estimator in the construction field. Stephen is a graduate of the University of Georgia and earned his Masters of Science Degree in Construction Management at Southern Polytechnic State University. General responsibilities include management of all operations including projects in the healthcare, retail, corporate/commercial, industrial, automotive, assisted living, entertainment, religious, restaurant, and hospitality markets. Affiliations include AGC, ASHE, and ICSC. Stephen believes strongly in giving back to the community he lives and works in and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Synovus Bank, AGC of Georgia, Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church, Deerfield Windsor Preparatory School, and serves on the City of Albany Board of Adjustments and Appeals. He also attends and is actively involved in leadership roles at Porterfield Memorial United Methodist Church of Albany. Stephen and his wife Brandy have two children Tillman and Avery. In his free time, Stephen loves spending time with friends and family, hunting, fishing with his son, getting hugs from his daughter, and traveling with his wife.
Tony Pellicano's Bio
Founded Pellicano Construction in 1976 and has 51 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his construction career in 1968 as draftsman and shop drawing expeditor advancing to estimator and project manager until starting his company. Tony is a graduate of Southern Technical Institute with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology. Affiliations include Member Associated General Contractors of Georgia (AGC Georgia) since 1979, Past President of AGC Georgia (2011 – 2012), Board Member CompTrust AGC Mutual Captive Insurance Company, served and chaired City of Albany Board of Adjustments and Appeals, Past Member Albany Rotary Club, served 2 terms Board of Trustees, First United Methodist Church of Albany, Past President Albany Aero Club, and Board Member Georgia State Licensing Board for Residential and General Contractors.When Tony needs to unwind he heads to the sky, literally, in a Beechcraft King Air C90B. Tony has held his pilot’s license for over 45 years and flown over 5000 hours! In Tony’s other free time he enjoys trips to the beach or the lake with his wife, Lucy, of 42 years. They have 5 grandchildren, Tillman, Avery, Elizabeth, Annalise and Olivia.

Brad Morey's Bio
Joined the Pellicano Construction team in 2009 and has 32 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in 1987 as a Superintendent in the family construction business and has been involved in all aspects of the industry since. General responsibilities include estimating and project management. Brad is a graduate of Lee County High School. General responsibilities include estimating of new and potential projects and managing small projects. In his free time, Brad loves spending time with friends, drag racing, and fishing.
Keith Garrison's Bio
Joined Pellicano Construction in 2015 and brings over 30 years of construction experience. Keith began his career in his family construction Company and has worked in all phases of construction including State, Federal, Private and Faith Based Construction throughout the State of Georgia, Florida and Tennessee.
His responsibilities included Project Management, Estimating and Design Building and brings over 25 years experience in Pre-Engineered Metal Building Construction.Keith joined Pellicano Construction as Senior Project Manager for faith-based construction at Pellicano Construction. Keith is an active member of Lawrence Drive Baptist Church in Macon,Ga. and serves as a Deacon and Life Group Leader. Keith and his wife Tammy have 2 children Peyton, Tyler and daughter- in-law Colby.

Charles Lee's Bio
During his 20 year career, Charles has managed and constructed projects from $2 million to $200 million throughout the United States including ground up malls, mall renovations, lifestyle centers, mixed-use projects, parking decks, convention centers, hotels, theaters, restaurants, grocery stores, entertainment venues, and even an ice hockey rink. In addition to his extensive construction management tenure, Charles has also worked on the commercial real estate development side, developing projects throughout the southeast United States. Charles graduated from Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in Building Science and a minor in business. As a Senior Project Manager, Charles manages all aspects of projects from conception to completion, working with owners to provide accurate pre-construction proforma development, and works seamlessly with both designers and subcontractors to control project costs, safety, and schedule.
Kenny Loudenbarger's Bio
Kenny joined Pellicano Construction in September 2010 as an Assistant Superintendent and then moved into a Superintendent position shortly after. In February of 2014, he was brought into the office in an Assistant Project Manager role to further his knowledge and experience in the construction industry. In 2018, Kenny moved into the role of Project Manager. Kenny graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University in December 2008 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, concentrating in Land Development. He completed his four-year degree in three and a half years with a 4.0 GPA, all while working for SPSU’s Residence Life and interning with two separate construction companies during his Junior and Senior years. His duties with Pellicano Construction include aiding in project estimating and buyout, scheduling, keeping up with project RFIs, submittals and change orders, and quality control. Kenny and his wife Elyse have two children, Jake & Charlie. In his free time, Kenny likes to spend time at home with his family, hit the gym with his younger brother-in-law, immerse himself in the occasional video game, and fish in the warmer months with his dad.
Michael Garrison's Bio
Joined the Pellicano Construction team in 2013 and has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. Michael’s career began with his family’s construction business where he was involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations. His previous responsibilities include Estimating, Project Management and Business Development. As a licensed General Contractor in the southeast and as far away as the state of Alaska, Michael has managed an extensive variety of projects. Michael is a graduate of Mercer University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. Michael heads up the Pellicano Office located in Macon, Georgia. Michael and his wife Stephanie have three children Chase (13), Brady (12) and Tate (9).
Rich Currier's Bio
During his 32 year career, Rich has managed almost every type of construction project imaginable. Starting his career as an assistant Project Manager for a mid-sized GC in Indianapolis, Rich went on to form Pinnacle Construction in 1996 and grew the company to a consistently profitable $30 mil revenue stream, until he sold to his employees seven years later. After a brief hiatus exploring development and other ventures, Rich returned to the Industry in 2006 and continues to offer high-level management on construction projects over varied disciplines, but specializing in retail and medical. Rich is an avid tennis player and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with his wife and son and assists in coaching youth athletics.
Robert Newberry's Bio
Robert joined the Pellicano Team in January 2017 bringing with him 43 years of experience in the construction industry. He was born and raised in Crossville, TN and later attended the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Robert spent 17 of his 43 years working overseas with the State Department doing security upgrades on U.S. Embassies. As a regional team member, Robert lives in Lincolnton, GA with his wife of 34 years. When not in the construction field or spending time with family and friends, Robert is also a preacher.
Travis Burroughs's Bio
Travis obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering in 1995 from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree in 1994 from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In October 1999, he received his registration as a licensed professional engineer.
He is currently the Vice President of Operations for the Pellicano Construction Athens office. He was previously employed by Gwinnett Medical Center as their only Construction Manager. Prior to that, Travis was President and CEO of Burrson Construction Group, a commercial general contracting company focused on medical construction but performed a variety of different construction projects. Prior to opening Burrson, Travis was a Senior Project Manager for Neal & Loia Construction Company and was responsible for a variety of projects during his tenure. The multitude of projects ranged from multi-story loft condominiums, single and multiple story shell office construction, warehouse construction, as well as tenant build-out. While serving as Senior Project Manager, he was in charge of their largest project to date.
Prior to construction, he was employed as a Structural Engineer by Dean Oliver International in Tucker, Georgia from September 1995 to May 1997. Travis designed structures totaling over $3 million dollars during his tenure. He also served as a Structural Engineer for Uzun & Case Engineers, Inc., in Atlanta, Georgia. He was a Junior Engineer for E&C Consulting Engineers in Snellville, Georgia from 1994 to 1995 while attending Georgia Tech.
Travis is a graduate of the 2007 class of Leadership Gwinnett. He is also a graduate of the 2007 class of the Regional Leadership Institute organized by the Atlanta Regional Commission. He is also an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Suwanee. Travis has served on the Board of Directors for his club for six of the 13 years in the club. In Kiwanis, he has chaired a committee in the past that was responsible for a variety of activities servicing Sheltering Arms, a non-profit child care center. Activities included a weekly food donation program, book donations, reading to the children on a weekly basis, as well as coordinating a picnic event that culminates Sheltering Arms’ largest fundraiser. Travis also served on the Advisory Board for The Gwinnett School of Mathematics, Science, & Technology. In 2010, Travis began serving on the board for Home of Hope at Gwinnett Children’s Shelter in Buford and currently serves as the finance chair. Lastly, with the help of a Senior Pastor, Travis organizes a weekly devotional for a men’s group that meets at The Fountain Church in Lawrenceville. This group cooks pancakes six times a year for three FCA clubs at local high schools and the group also cooks pancakes once a year at a fundraiser for Home of Hope. Lastly, Travis volunteers with Atlanta Takedown Association who are responsible for setting up, running and breaking down the two Georgia High School Association State Wrestling tournaments held in Macon every winter.
Travis and his wife Vanessa have two children, Logan and Ansley. When he is not working, Travis enjoys time in a deer stand, in a turkey blind, or at one of the kids’ athletic events.

Lisa Saunders's Bio
Lisa recently joined the Pellicano Construction team in September 2019 and has 30 years of sales experience in the hotel, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, and membership sales. Lisa is a graduate of the University of Georgia and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications. She will serve as the Business Development and Marketing in the Athens office. Her primary responsibilities will include expanding the Pellicano reputation for integrity and excellence in the north Georgia area, building client relationships, and developing marketing strategies to increase revenue. Lisa and her husband Jim lived in the Albany area for the past 27 years and recently moved to Athens. They have a son, Jay and a daughter, Anna Marie. During her free time, she attends baseball games in which Jay plays for Georgia College and State University and enjoys spending valuable time with Anna Marie who is a freshman at UGA. Now that she is in Athens, Lisa is looking forward to cheering on the Dawgs.
Roxanne Paul's Bio
Roxanne joined the Pellicano Construction team in September of 2013 and has over 29 years of experience in the Healthcare Market specific to Interior Design, Property Management, and Construction Management. Roxanne is a graduate of LaGrange College and earned a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership. Her primary responsibilities include marketing campaigns, business development, and the promotion of Pellicano Construction by building strong and valuable client relationships focusing on integrity, commitment, and excellence. Roxanne is an active member of Porterfield United Methodist Church and a volunteer, past volunteer for the Whiz Kids Tutoring Program for Dougherty County, Albany Humane Society Lifetime Member & Volunteer, past Board Member for the American Heart Association, and past Board Member for SOWEGA Council on Aging. Roxanne and her husband David have two daughters, Emma and Ilissa, and two grandchildren, Kallan and Skylar. During her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She also enjoys spending time with her two dogs and three cats, running, and spending time at the beach.

Trish Russell's Bio
Trish joined Pellicano Construction in June 2014. Her job includes, but is not limited to, cash reconciliations, accounts receivable transactions, accounts payable transactions, budget modifications, recording of revenue and expenses, reviewing general ledger on a monthly basis, coordinates monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, produces daily, monthly, and annual financial statements financial reports. Trish has 18 years of experience with Finances, Taxes, as well as Human Resources. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Josh and their 4 children, Madison, Keri, Braxton and Conner.

Jayson Crutchfield's Bio
During his fifteen years in the industry, Jayson has constructed and managed projects in the retail,
healthcare, hospitality, automotive, industrial and restaurant sectors throughout the United States.
Jayson graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2006 and holds bachelor’s degrees in
Construction Management and Accounting. As a project manager, Jayson manages all aspects of
construction from pre-construction until project completion, working with clients and subcontractors
throughout the course of each project to control project costs, safety, schedule and to deliver the
finished product that meets the client’s needs and expectations.
John Wagnon's Bio
John began his construction career in 1993 working on various commercial framing and steel erection crews until 1997 where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Construction from Georgia Southern University.Starting as a project engineer, John moved up to a Superintendent overseeing numerous Multi-family, Hospitality, Commercial, Industrial, Faith-based, and countless Healthcare Projects. In 2009, John joined Pellicano Construction as the General Superintendent. His responsibilities include Safety Compliance/Education, Quality Control, Resource Management, Client Relations, and Project Management. He is a long running member of ASHE and is recognized as Certified Healthcare Constructor. Residing in South Georgia, John and his wife Jessica have two children, Savannah and Brooks. His past times include wing shooting, gun dog training, and fishing.
Lauren Shirey's Bio
Lauren joined Pellicano Construction in 2013 and brought with her a wealth of experience as she was born into the Construction Industry. She is a graduate of Georgia Perimeter College where she earned her Associates Degree in Business Management. She received Certification in AutoCAD from Gwinnett Technical College. Lauren served as the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for her father’s Custom Commercial and Residential Cabinet Shop for seven years and served as a Designer for two years. Her current areas of responsibility include subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, pay applications, assisting with bids, updating and maintaining the Contract History Log just to name a few. Lauren resides on her family farm with two horses, three big dogs, two goats, and twenty plus chickens. In her free time she enjoys selling produce from their orchard and garden and provides horse riding lessons to beginners. Lauren has the best of both worlds as she loves working in the city and then being able to go home to the farm at the end of the day.
Will Hill's Bio
Will joins the Pellicano Team with a diverse background in the Construction Industry. Will worked for his father, who owned his own Fire Sprinkler company, while in High School and College, before taking a position as an Assistant Superintendent with a General Contractor while finishing College. While completing his Associates Degree in Business & Construction Management he worked his way from the field into the office. Will has worked on projects in Arkansas, Virginia, & Georgia ranging from $1millon – $50million in value. These projects have included concrete structure Mid Rise Class A office buildings, wood framed Student Housing, steel Medial Office Buildings including LINAC Vaults, and numerous other specialty medical facilities which included Design-Build projects in the medical sector. Will enjoys the challenge of any construction project, but Medical projects are his passion. While balancing life and work, he and his wife enjoy spending time with family, fishing, hiking, & just being out on the boat.
