Scope Of Work
The Arrivé project is a mixed-use high-rise that includes 41 stories of hotel and apartments, and 7 levels of below-grade parking. Starting at the building's ground level, you can find a lounge/bar, loading dock, transformer room, and back-of-house areas. Levels 2 through 10 feature the 142-room "Sound Hotel" and amenities on Level 7 that include a conference area, gym, yoga studio, dog-walking/grooming area, and a bar/reception area. Levels 11 through 41 are residential, for a total of 344 units. The residential amenity space has a full kitchen, media room, indoor lounge area, and an outdoor entertaining and barbecue area on the rooftop.
The foundation of the structure is concrete, cast-in-place mat slab. The vertical structure is cast-in-place, reinforced concrete, and the horizontal elevated slabs are posttensioned, cast-in-place concrete. The building includes six elevators and two sets of stairs. The building’s exterior comprises a window wall system and metal panels, except for the ground level and upper roof levels, which comprise a curtain wall system. The HVAC is a vertical hydronic system.
