Scope Of Work
 KinderCare at Glover Park, Washington, DC consisted of a change of sue from mercantile to institutional within this family-friendly neighborhood. Included the tenant build-out of a 3-story childcare center located just a half mile north of Georgetown and west of the United States Naval Observatory. A warming pantry, staff room, Director’s office, laundry room, & Multiple restrooms with 10+ classrooms for early childhood development.
