Scope Of Work
JRM Construction performed a $4.5M renovation of the existing Minskoff Theatre on Broadway. The reconstruction of the space included façade remediation and a complete infrastructure upgrade. We also performed a complete stage expansion, installed a new hydraulic stage life, and furnished high-end finishes including extensive terrazzo flooring.
