Joseph Romano is a Partner and President of JRM. As president, Mr. Romano provides overall strategic, operational, and business development leadership by implementing and enforcing the necessary control protocols to ensure smooth daily operations at JRM. Romano has over 20 years of industry experience managing some of the tri-state area’s largest and technically complex construction projects.
Mr. Romano is heavily involved in all aspects of the construction program overseeing contract administration, cost control, and cash flow analysis. For Romano, it’s imperative that JRM’s business goals are met by all project teams so each client experiences JRM’s streamlined, innovative, and premier construction services. Romano’s ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors, combined with a successful track record of project delivery has proven to be an invaluable asset to JRM’s leadership team.
