Scope Of Work

The Le Bonheur’s Children’s Hospital project encompassed a two-story, 26,029 square foot operating room expansion, on top of an active emergency department, and 11,249 square feet of renovation to the existing sterile processing department on the ground floor, which remained active during construction. The project included buildout of six operating rooms; sterile storage; equipment storage; and the renovation of the existing operating room suite locker rooms on level two. The renovation was completed in six phases with zero interruptions to operations.

Additionally, this project included the build-out of The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Dentistry. Build-out consisted of four dental exam rooms and seven total dental chairs, with the ability to add an eighth chair in the future.
