Scope Of Work

The traditional elevation is inviting with a brick paver drive, mahogany front door, arched accent windows, neutral stucco, tile roof and three-car garage. 

The oversized loft is used as a comfortable media room. A feature wall over the beverage center is accented with stacked stone. An adjacent bathroom serves the area as well as one of upstairs bedrooms. This space was recognized with the 2013 Parade of Homes Outstanding Feature Award. 

The timeless yet impressive traditional elevation includes a mahogany door, three-car garage, stucco finish, and brick paver drive and turnaround. 

Sure to be a favorite spot for family and guests, the great room is outfitted for relaxation and entertaining. The gas fireplace is a focal point with stone surround, hearth, and single wood beam mantle. The open floor plan with travertine tile floor provides easy access to the wet bar, beverage center and butler’s pantry. A wood-detailed ceiling is also a beautiful focal point. 

Open to the great room, the kitchen has granite countertops, decorative tile inlay over the stove and an island painted to complement the maple cabinetry. A storage pantry is adjacent to the side-by-side refrigerator. 

The great room is connected to the outdoor living space with triple French doors. The stone fireplace is the centerpiece of the outdoor space. 

The highlight of the master bathroom is the tiled shower that spans the width of the room and features two entrances. His and hers vanities feature maple cabinetry and vessel sinks. A decorative tile inlay overlooks the jetted tub. A linen closet provides plenty of storage space. Not shown is the water closet. 

The most prominent feature of the open foyer is the staircase. Outfitted with oak treads, painted risers and newel posts, and iron balusters, it leads to secondary bedrooms and an oversized loft. A large wall niche is perfect for showcasing prized artwork. A wine room with a decorative iron door is behind the staircase. To the left of the wine room is a foyer leading to the master bedroom. Floors are travertine tile.
