Scope Of Work
We have partnered with this client on several projects before but none quite like this.
The oceanfront plot offered challenges of limited space and height restrictions. Following our client's vision, we designed the "Center Building" to fit seamlessly on the property and connected through a open courtyard and covered walkway.
The courtyard will offer opportunities for guests to gather, play chess, and will link together various parts of the Lincoln Sands resort.
Other amenities to the new hotel design include an infinity pool, boutique hotel with a full floor luxurious pent house.
