Ryan Miller Builders LLC

Ryan Miller graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Construction Management. Since graduation Ryan has called Greenville, South Carolina home. He has spent the past 12 years developing his skills with a local custom builder a regional builder. Before leaving to form Ryan Miller Builders he was the Director of Construction. During his career he managed the building of over 100 homes. His experience allows him to drive the project from the earliest of planning stages through the final touches on your home. Ryan is a licensed General Contractor.

With over 23 years of experience in the industry, and a background in commercial and renovation projects, Kenny transitioned to residential home building because of his exceptional attention to detail and ability to think creatively. 

He manages the overall construction projects, leads the onsite team, keeps the schedule on track, coordinates subcontractors, stays in contact with our clients, and makes sure you receive an impeccable home that you love.

He is a dedicated husband and a father to his three daughters. He is an accomplished rock climber, woodworker, and a jiu jitsu practitioner.

With over 18 years of experience in residential construction and a passion for woodworking, Nathan uses his skill set to bring your home to life from the initial framing through the project’s completion. 

He is onsite throughout the entire process making sure the job site is tidy and the experience is always professional. He coordinates with subcontractors, procures the materials, accepts deliveries, schedules daily operations, and keeps your project constantly moving forward.

He is a Greenville native, a husband, and a dad of four children. He enjoys spending time outdoors doing activities such as hiking and canoeing.

Growing up in the construction industry Nick saw many aspects of the residential construction market which drove him to pursue his degree in Construction Science and Management with a minor in Business Administration from Clemson University, graduating in December 2021. He completed an internship with Ryan Miller Builders during the summer of 2021 working alongside the team in all roles to develop his skill set.

Nick is responsible for helping with the estimation and budgeting of projects, client relations, and the coordination of subcontractors and materials.

A Tampa, FL native, Nick fell in love with the Greenville area during his time at Clemson and is looking forward to enjoying his time in his new home of Greenville. He enjoys the shooting sports, powerlifting, and reading.

Robin has been in the residential construction industry for over 16 years, after completing his traditional construction training in France. 

He is onsite each day bringing your home to life, from the initial drawing to the project’s completion. He makes sure the job site is tidy and the experience is always professional. He coordinates with subcontractors, procures the materials, accepts deliveries, schedules daily operations, and keeps your project constantly moving forward.

In 2013, after meeting his wife in Spain, he moved to South Carolina to be with her and their daughter. He can speak three languages (French, Spanish, and English), and he enjoys outdoor activities such as fishing and archery.

Shawn brings over 22 years in accounting to the team. Her role on the team is to offer support through streamlining and managing the flow of finances and to provide administrative support to the team.

She loves being a part of a team that works together to make a difference in the lives of others. She brings experience in facilities and office management, accounts payable and receivable, and administrative support to the team.

Shawn is the mom to an incredible daughter earning her college degree, wife to a newly retired husband, and caregiver for her mom. In her spare time, you will find her reading or watching sports with her husband.

Hailey is our in house interior designer and walks you all the way through the selection process to help you choose the perfect details for your custom home.

She is a proud Greenville native, and grew up surrounded by interior design, as her mother owned an interior design studio. Channeling her own creative side, she pursued a Marketing Degree from the University of South Carolina and went on to work in corporate advertising, marketing, and events.

In 2016, Hailey joined the company as the interior designer, turning the architectural drawings into our clients’ dream homes by helping them make every design decision along the way.

She is a licensed realtor (license #114369) and a New York School of Interior Design graduate. She’s the wife of Ryan, a mom of twin boys, and enjoys fitness, traveling and time spent with friends and family.
