Scope Of Work
Tenant improvements to 20,000 sq ft new office space. This included demo and metal stud framing, electrical, low voltage, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, paint, cabinetry, millwork, etc. FIVE40 provided a turnkey solution to remodel the space as well as create a new office area for property managers inside the existing warehouse.
