Scope Of Work
FIVE40 was hired to GC the complete remodel of new AFSCME Union Hall in Phoenix, AZ. This was a turnkey project and we were responsible for all phases of demolition and construction. Building was appx 5000 sq ft. Remodel included complete replacement of underground sewer lines, new plumbing, full electrical replacement including 400A panel swap, framing and relocating interior walls, drywall, painting, cabinets, countertops, flooring, millwork, commercial doors (interior and exterior).
