Scope Of Work
We did a complete office build out for Bunker Hill Insurance Company. Located at 695 Atlantic Ave on the 2nd floor, we are accustomed to working downtown in high rise office buildings in close quarters with adjoining tenants. This office is located in an older building with architectural terracotta which made for some complications, but it was nothing we can’t handle. Terracotta buildings are harder to work, but if you can work with terracotta you can work with anything.
This project was an expansion of their original space with some renovations including off hours demolition and mechanical, electrical & plumbing services (MEP). This project features
