Built from the foundation of a 19th century workman’s cottage, this total gut rehab with major addition was painstakingly built by hand to the most discriminating standards.  Townes Glaser Development took the home down to preserve the foundation and two exterior walls. Adding on 3000+ square feet including a new roof deck, custom mill work throughout, marble tile and hand stained white oak wood floors.   No detail has been overlooked.  It features a full brick exterior with 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms/New 2.5 car brick garage with deck,11’ ceilings on the 1st floor, custom built-ins, stone patio w/ putting green, 2 rooftop decks with Trex and pergola.
