Split Oak Homes is a locally owned and operated residential and commercial builder in central North Carolina predominately focused in the Wake, Franklin, Granville and Johnston Counties, as well as other locations throughout the Triangle.

As a North Carolina Unlimited General Contractor, North Carolina’s General Contractor's licensing board (NCLBGC) has certified Split Oak Homes as being technically and financially sound and we are unlimited in the size of project that we can manage for you.

We are members of the Raleigh-Wake County Home Builder's Association, the North Carolina Home Builder's Association (NCHBA) and the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
