Scope Of Work
Newcastle partnered with a capital partner to acquire a 9.10 acre parcel of undeveloped, industrial-zoned land at the intersection of Almond Avenue and Nevada St. in Redlands. A 410,100 square foot Class-A, state of the art industrial warehouse was built and completed in 2015, creating substantial value for the ownership entity.
