Scope Of Work
Newcastle Partners purchased this 9.37 acre site to build a 150,000 square foot industrial warehouse. A prime feature was the subject site’s interstate frontage and visibility, easy access to I-215, and lack of inventory in this product size. Newcastle completed the project in mid-2017 and in early 2018, Newcastle leased the property to a consumer products company on a long-term lease and then sold the building to an institutional investor.
